Job Description:Cairo929 is seeking a Process Trainer to join our dynamic team.

Role and Key Responsibilities:
Classroom Management: Oversee the daily functional direction of agents in the training program, monitor student progress, provide coaching and developmental feedback, and offer readiness recommendations.
Training Delivery: Utilize effective presentation and facilitation skills, incorporating creative training techniques and adult/accelerated learning methods using various delivery modalities.
Material Preparation: Prepare and deliver training materials through classroom sessions, hands-on demonstrations, and supportive activities.
Performance Metrics: Be accountable for achieving individual training performance metrics.
Transition Support: Collaborate with Operations to ensure a smooth transition of agents from training to the production environment, ensuring competency levels meet business needs.
Product Knowledge Maintenance: Stay updated on relevant product knowledge for each account by taking calls, attending client and cross-functional meetings, and performing side-by-side observations
.Communication: Ensure consistent and effective communication with managers, peers, and other resource groups, including informal daily interactions with clients.
Instructional Design Support: Assist the Instructional Design team in creating and developing training materials for various instructional delivery methods, including computer-based training, interactive classroom training, and written job aids.
Training Effectiveness: Measure the effectiveness of training programs through feedback methods such as focus groups, interviews, and surveys, and enhance training resources and programs based on evaluation results.
Curriculum Recommendations: Suggest curriculum modifications to the Training Manager/Supervisor based on internal customer feedback and/or Training Needs Analysis.
Continuous Learning: Engage in a continuous learning culture by staying informed on change management, product and service releases, policies, processes, and procedures.
Key Skills and Knowledge:
Training Expertise: Proven experience in training methodologies and soft skills (communication, critical thinking, time management, team building, etc.).
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office.Multi-tasking: Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Self-Motivation: A self-starter with a sense of urgency who works well under pressure.
